Located in the beautiful landscape of Vermont, this 7-day CAPS event is a unique clinical studies program for graduate analysts to discuss and explore challenging analytic cases and experiences. Participants will engage in small, clinically-oriented study groups while enjoying the best of Vermont including golf at the Woodstock Country Club, spa access, falconry, fly fishing, and more.

Woodstock, Vermont offers a host of on-site and nearby activities for your family to enjoy. From leisurely walks in the scenic surroundings to local attractions and recreational facilities, we've curated an inclusive experience that ensures both participants and their families find something special to cherish.

 

Program participants are asked to arrive by Saturday evening, August 3, for the event orientation and a cocktail reception. Daily morning meetings will commence the following day, Sunday, August 4, and conclude with the final meeting on Friday, August 9, 2024. All six daily meetings will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In addition to daily morning meetings, all participants and their guests are invited to attend a Dutch treat, Final Dinner on Thursday, August 8th, in town at a location to be determined.

 

The registration fee for this 7-day event is $500.00. This fee covers meeting room accommodations, daily continental breakfast for CAPS Summer attendees (excluding additional guests), and the cost of the Event Final Dinner on August 8, 2024 (excluding the cost of alcoholic beverages). The fee is fully refundable until June 1, 2024. After this date, cancellations are non-refundable.

 

Room and board at Woodstock Inn & Resort are not included. However, CAPS has secured a discounted reservation block with room costs at $409.00 per night. Upon completion of the pre-registration form below, the reservation link will be provided.

 

In order to help offset the cost of CAPS at Woodstock Inn & Resort for colleagues concerned about registration and lodging fees, we are offering six scholarships, each valued at $1000.00, to be awarded through a lottery system. If you wish to apply for one of these scholarships, please reach out to our Head of Administration, Maria Bergamini, at admin@caps-analysis.org. Applicants for the scholarship will receive notification of their scholarship status by June 1, 2024.
